1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NormaOS ("Service"), operated by NormaOS GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with 30 days' notice.

3.2 Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on Professional plans. Enterprise contracts have custom terms. No refunds are provided for partial months of service or unused features.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NormaOS GmbH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service becomes our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NormaOS GmbH from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data after 90 days
• You remain liable for any fees incurred before termination
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany, except where prohibited by law.
